Provide your contact details.

After selecting the inspection you need and confirming that we operate in your state, it's time to start your inspection process. We'll ask your for some basic personal and contact information to proceed with your vehicle inspection. Please provide the following details:

We ask for your ZIP Code and VIN Number in the first step to decode your location and vehicle data in the second step of the inspection form, where you'll provide vehicle details. This helps ensure a faster process and more accurate information for your online inspection experience.

Submit vehicle details and photos.

This step is divided into two important stages: providing accurate vehicle details and uploading vehicle photos.

Vehicle details.

Start by providing your vehicle’s basic information. Enter the vehicle’s make and model, year, current mileage, registration expiration date, license plate state and license plate number. Once you provide your VIN, our system will automatically decode the Make, Model, and Year of your vehicle, saving you time and ensuring the information is correct.

Occasionally, the VIN decoding feature may not work as expected or might not function at all due to high demand on the NHTSA API, which we use for decoding. Since NHTSA is a U.S. government agency, we cannot always control the valid operation of VIN decoding. However, you can still provide accurate information about your vehicle. It’s important (!) that you, as the owner and/or authorized user of the vehicle, double-check the decoded and/or manually entered details to ensure everything is accurate and matches your vehicle's actual condition.

Vehicle photos.

You also need to submit clear photos of your vehicle, including both interior and exterior shots. This step ensures that we have a complete view of your vehicle’s condition.

If you're completing the form on a computer, for your convenience, you can optionally scan a uniquely generated QR code to upload or take photos directly from your mobile device without needing to repeat the previous steps of the form.

FYI: You can find the generated QR code on the right side of the form after filling out the contact details and vehicle details.
